Shipping and Payment

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We only deliver to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary.

For orders placed from outside the Federal Republic of Germany (within the European Union), the VAT valid in the respective country from which the order is placed applies.

Our flat shipping rate within Germany is EUR 4.90 and to Austria EUR 6.90 (incl. VAT).
Shipping is free for gross merchandise values of 50 EUR for Germany and 100 EUR for Austria.

For Switzerland, the flat shipping rate is EUR 12,- (incl. VAT).
For all other countries listed above, the flat shipping rate is EUR 13.90 (incl. VAT).
Shipping to these countries is free for orders with a value of EUR 300,-- or more.

If your order consists of several packages, delivery may take place on different days. Please check the indicated shipping costs before confirming an order. If you cannot find your desired country, please contact us at info@emmi-pet.de or +49 (0)6105 - 406794.

Please note that for deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. The amount of these fees varies depending on the country and value of goods. For more detailed information, please contact the relevant customs authorities in the recipient country.

You can choose to pay by advance payment (bank transfer) and through our service provider PayPal with its additional payment options credit card, purchase on account or direct debit.

In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options:
Purchase on account: You pay the invoice amount within the period specified by Klarna after the goods have been shipped.
Payment processing is carried out by Klarna.
The use of the payment methods requires a positive credit check. As part of the order process, we transmit your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit assessment as well as payment processing. The processing of your data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The payment methods are only available to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
